Dear Craig and all at MuMu Grill,

I was just wondering if you would like to be able to serve sustainably grown, certified organic Berkshire pork at your restaurant instead of intensively grown Bangalow pork.

Our pigs are totally free range and graze on lush irrigated pastures in the northern New England area of NSW. I know you guys are passionate about sustainable, grass fed, great tasting products and thought that ours fitted in with that very well.

We also are having certified organic salumi made from our organic pigs which might be of interest for your antipasto and tapas.

I am in Sydney until the 20th December and will be available if you would like to talk about the possibility of working together.

If you want to know what the flavour of our pork and smallgoods are like please speak to Martin Boetz and Kylie Kwong.

I hope we can work together in the future.

    Yours sincerely,

    Miriam Neilson
