Pork our lovely snouted friends who have given us the wonders of such beautiful foods such as Bacon, Pancetta,Prosciutto, Jamon, Char Sui, Salami just as a tiny view of the beauty of pork.

As we start researching this dinner maybe we should do it over two nights there are so many fantastic things we could do with pork
